Notice for the head recall of Narmer(Euphoria – Narmer) released in Aug 2022

Thank you for loving our dolls.
We’re sorry to announce a recall notice to our customers who ordered Narmer doll in August of this year.
 
We would like to inform you that a recall is needed for the basic head of the Narmer (Euphoria – Narmer) doll released in August 2022.
 
In the process of removing and improving the fixing hole of the eyes inside the head, a subtle difference occurred in the eye holes. 
This issue has been recognized as a defect in product design that occurred during our development process, and we decided to reproduce and re-ship the entire product.
We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience, and we will use this as an opportunity to improve our quality. 
The recall process for dolls that have already been shipped out will proceed according to the procedure below, so we need your understanding and cooperation. 
Once again we apologize and we will do our best to ship them quickly.
 
 
Return procedure and method
 
• Recall target : Narmer (Euphoria – Narmer) basic head released on August 23, 2022 (cream color, 126 heads)
 
• Recall deadline : Until December 30, 2022 (based on the return date)
 
• Recall method : Enclose 1 Narmer Basic Head and 1 Basic Head Certificate and return it by one of the methods below.
 
A) Customers who ordered Dollsoom.com : After returning the payment through SF Express, please leave your order number and tracking number on our Q&A board.
 
B) Customers who ordered from a purchasing agency : Please contact your purchasing agent or return it directly through method A) as above.
 
* The recipient name, contact number, and shipping address for the new head will be sent as the same as the original order information.
* If the shipping information is changed, please be sure to let us know on our Q&A board.
* For areas where SF Express is not available, please inquire through our Q&A board.

Estimated reproduction and release schedules
 
Returned head and certificate will be re-shipped within 10 days after the head is received.
Unsent(under prepairing) dolls may be delayed for about 20-30 days due to reproduction.
