All prices are set by SOOM with the following conditions :<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Unless otherwise stated all prices quoted are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and freight, and exclusive of insurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Prices of products may be altered without notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. All backorders at the time of any price change will reflect the new price.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order, or any part of an order, for any reason whatsoever.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment<\/span><\/h3>\n

1. Unless a prior agreement has been made with SOOM, goods will not be shipped until full payment is received.<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Goods may be paid for by any of the following means :<\/span>
    \n – Credit Card<\/span>
    \n – PayPal or AliPay<\/span>
    \n – Direct Payment into our Bank Account<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Payment by cheque or direct payment will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into Shopping Mall’s bank account.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. If an agreement is made where SOOM has agreed to extend credit to the Customer, the following conditions apply :<\/span><\/p>\n

    • Payment is to be made within 2 days of\u00a0placing the order.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • We refuse to supply any goods or grant further extensions of credit while any overdue amounts owing remain unpaid.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • We may withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Risk and Delivery<\/span><\/h3>\n

      1. Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

      2. The customer is responsible for insurance from the time of delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

      3. Property and ownership of the goods will remain the property of SOOM until payment has been received in full. The purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that a security interest in the goods is given in favour of SOOM pursuant to the Personal Property Securities Act 1999.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. The customer agrees to pay all delivery costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

      5. Any quotation of delivery times by SOOM are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments.<\/span><\/p>\n

      6. We will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery or performance, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This shall include (but not be limited to) any act of god, natural disaster, flood or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Product Descriptions<\/span><\/h3>\n

      SOOM attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SOOM does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SOOM itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.<\/span><\/p>\n
