NOTICE! <現場予約注文案内>

1. 本商品は、イベント会場現場で先着順でご注文いただける予約商品です。

2. 各アカウントIDごとにカラー別各1体のみご注文頂けます。
重複購入注文は通知なしにキャンセルされる場合があります。
（例1）① Hwa-In Grey 購入 > ② 再度列に並び、Hwa-In Peony Whiteを購入可能>③ 購入終了
（例2）① Hwa-In Peony White 購入 > ② 再度列に並び、Hwa-In Greyを購入可能 > ③購入終了
（例3）① Hwa-In Peony White 購入 > ② 再度列に並び、Hwa-In Peony Whiteは購入不可

3. ドール本体以外の商品ページの構成品(メイク、ウィング、アイ、衣装など) は商品に含まれておりません。

4. 注文成立の為には、イベント終了前までに商品ページにてオンライン注文と決済完了が必要です。

* イベント当日の営業時間までのみご注文可能です。
* 非会員も注文可能です。（会員様はログイン後、ご利用ください）
* 会場現場での現金決済はご利用頂けませんので、ご注意ください。
* SOOM無利息分割をご選択の場合、イベント当日の営業時間までに1回目の決済を完了して頂くが必要がございます。
* イベント当日の営業時間内にお支払いが確認されない注文は自動的にキャンセルされますので、ご注意ください。
* イベント商品はキャンセルが難しいので、慎重な注文をお願いします。
* 数量限定商品は、早めに品切れとなる場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
* イベント販売商品はポイントの使用及び積立の対象外となります。

NOTICE! <On-site pre-order notice>

1. This item is a pre-order product that can be ordered on a first-come, first-served basis at the event site.

2. Purchases by the skin color per account ID are limited to only one doll each.
Duplicate purchases may be canceled without notice.
(Example 1) ① Purchasing Hwa-In Grey > ② Waiting in line again to purchase Hwa-In Peony White > ③ End of purchase
(Example 2) ① Purchasing Hwa-In Peony White > ② Waiting in line again to purchase Hwa-In Grey > ③ End of purchase
(Example 3) ① Purchasing Hwa-In Peony White > ② Wait in line again, and when your turn comes, you cannot buy Hwa-In Peony White again

3. Displayed items on the product page other than the doll are not included in the product composition. (Face-up, Wig, Eyes, Outfit, etc.)

4. Order and payment on the product page should be done before the event ends to accept your order.

 

NOTICE! <Payment notice>

* Orders can only be accepted until operating hours on the day of the event.
* Ordering as a non-member can be available(please sign in if you have a Soom membership)
* Cash payment is not accepted at the event site.
* If you select the SOOM Layaway, the 1st payment should be completed by the operating time of the event day.
* Orders that are not paid within the operating hours will be canceled automatically.
* Canceling order for the event item is difficult, so please order carefully.
* Please understand that the limited quantity products will be sold out early.
* Points are not available for the event items.
