Resumption of PayPal payment service

Thank you for loving our dolls.
The PayPal payment service, which was suspended on June 13, will be resumed as follows.

• As of July 25, an additional fee (1.5% of the order amount) will be charged when using PayPal for your payment.
• PayPal payment is not available when you choose SOOM Layaway. (Technical review for support in progress)
• According to PayPal policy, a fee (4.4% + 0.3 USD) will be charged for order cancellation and refund, so please order carefully.

For reference, PayPal’s overseas payment fee is very expensive compared to other payment methods, and refund fees applied. In the meantime, we have been using it with paying huge fees, but recently, we had to temporarily stop it due to the delay in settlement.
We sincerely apologize to customers who have experienced inconvenience during the past month, and as a solution to this, we would like to resume on the condition of imposing a minimum fee.
In the case of PayPal, the fee originally paid (4.4%) will not be returned when order is canceled, and an additional fee (0.3 USD) should be paid when refunding, so please minimize order cancellations or refunds due to simple change of mind. We ask for your understanding and cooperation when you use PayPal. Thank you.
